Business Telephone Systems – Since 1996, Granite Communications has designed, installed and maintained phone systems for our customers in Southern New England. Our focus is on deploying solutions which improve customer service, enhance productivity and lower costs.

VoIP Phone Systems – By converging voice and data over broadband networks, Granite Communications can leverage existing infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. We have been using VoIP technology since 2000 to help our customers be more competitive.

Call Management Solutions – Another of Granite’s strengths is designing systems to improve call flow, thus providing better customer service. We have extensive experience with call center systems (ACD), and call management software applications.

Unified Messaging Solutions – Much more than voice mail, UM allows you to access your voice mail, e-mail and fax documents from any device at any location at any time. Few investments can have such a direct positive impact on productivity and customer service.

Call Completion Solutions – By deploying one number access solutions, callers are able to reach your staff wherever they roam. Opportunities are not missed, problems are solved quickly, and “telephone tag” is eliminated.

Voice and Data Cabling – Granite Communications licensed and insured technicians install voice and data cabling, fiber optic cable and wire management systems from Superior and Ortronics. By doing the job neatly and following industry standard procedures, Granite Communications distributed cable systems are reliable.

Legacy Systems – Granite Communications has certified trained technicians with experience on Panasonic DBS telephone systems, AVT CallXpress voice mail systems, Iwatsu ADIX telephone systems and CTL VoiceSupport voice mail systems.
