CTL VOICE MAIL DOING A BACKUP
- 1) Press the space bar to turn on the monitor, if it doesn’t come on, check the power switch
on the monitor.
- 2) Using the arrow key go to “Maintenance” then press ENTER.
- 3) Using the down arrow key go to “Local Backup” and press ENTER.
- 4) At this point you need to select the type of data you want to backup, type D for data base.
- 5) It’s going to say on the screen if you want to continue, type Y for yes.
- 6) Then its going to say if you want to save the history data at this time. Type N for NO.
- 7) Wait for a minute, then its going to ask you for a floppy disk, insert floppy.
NOTE: Read the screen, it may ask you for more than one disk
- 8) When system backs up successfully, it will say to take the disk out and press any key to
reboot the system.
