- 1) From your phone enter your system administrator mailbox number and security code
- 2) Press 4 to access the system administrator functions
- 3) Press 5 to Record an announcement message
- 4) Enter the mailbox number for which you want to record an announcement
NOTE: CallXpress3 plays the announcement that is currently recorded
- 5) Press 2 to start Recording and 2 again to stop recording
- 6) If you want to review your message, press 6
- 7) After recording a new message, press 5 to save it
NOTE: There are usually 4 mailboxes you need to re-record
