AVT VOICE MAIL SYSTEM HOW TO DO A
BACKUP
1) Press Enter from the line status screen on the key board
2) Press E for maintenance
3) Press A for Backup/Restore files
Note: there are 2 steps to backup an AVT System one is the daily backup and the other is the mailbox backup
4) Press A for Daily back up
5) Follow directions on screen until backup is complete
6) Remove last disk, label and number these disks as daily backup
7) Press C for mailbox back up
8) At the mailbox range menu press A for all
9) Press F1 to accept
10) Follow directions on screen until backup is complete.
11) When system finish doing a backup hit any key. Press ESC couple of time until you see line status
12) Remove last disk, label and number these disks as mailbox backup
